The cruiseship Balmoral from Fred Olsen will moor in Gran Tarajal on the 27th December
The 1,200 passengers that are going to go on board of Balmoral, the boat with the biggest dimensions in the Fred Olsen fleet, will have the occassion of making a stop in Gran Tarajal on the 27th December.
More than 500 passengers go on board of the Balmoral vessel that, thanks to the public body of the Puertos Canarios, thanks to the efforts ascribed to the public works and Transports Counsel of the Canarian Government that manages Ornella Chacón, to promote this majorero port as a cruise destination that will arrive this Christmas.
Puertos Canarios has been in contact with the Cabildo of Fuerteventura and the Council of Tuineje to coordinate the organization and to give the appropiate welcome to the visitors. Most of the Balmoral visitors are mainly british .
As Canary Ports anounced in a statement obtained in this visit, the cruise line in a statement, as far as the response obtained in this visit, the shipping company will think about including Gran Tarajal’s Port as a usual scale in the Canary Island route from this boat.
How is the vessel Balmoral from Fred Olsen
The Balmoral from Fred Olsen measures 218 metres of length and 7,3 fretwork. It is the biggest of the four boats that operates the division of the Fred Olsen Cruise Line. Owes its name to to the Scottish residence of the Royal British family. Its 710 cabins, restaurants, dinning rooms and restaurants.
The cruiseship that started its voyage in the British city of Southampton, even though it will reach Gran Tarajal coming from Arrecife, will be mooreed in the port from 8.00 to 12.00 p.m. From Fuerteventura will depart to The Palmas of Gran Canaria.
