5 Cruises totally renewed between 2016-2017

1.-Queen Mary 2 from Cunard:

The shipping line Cunard has renewed in 2016 one of the most emblematic of its fleet, the Queen Mary 2. This boat, that recently has characterised this boat race from Saint-Nazare in France to New York in which the colossus from Cunard competed with four trimarans in the boat race  The Bridge Centennial Transat, was object of an investment in renewal of 130 millions of dollars. The process was was made by the shipyard the Blohm + Vos de Hamburgo.

The boat allows now some spaces inspired in the original design of the original Queen Mary and combines a classical contemporary design. Amongst their news they include a renewed Queen Mary 2 figure 10 kennels. Cunard is one of the few cruise lines that can travel with pets

The Queen Mary 2 has as well a new Restaurant called Veranda, a new buffet area and a new lounge -el Carinthia Lounge-in which it was their old winter garden.

The cave from Queen Mary 2 has 486 different wines which makes it one of the cruiseships more adequate for wine lovers.

In totally there were renovated 55,000 sqm f carpets and 4,000 pictures. The boat hull was painted with more than 14,000 litres of paint.

2.-Tui Discovery 2 from Thomson Cruises:

The Tui Discovery 2 from Thomson Cruises was submited in a remodeling in its furniture. The Tui Discovery 2 counts with 7 restaurants, 2 swiming pools as well as new furniture and decoration in its 915 cabins and 11 decks.

3.-Independence of the Seas from Royal Caribbean:

The Independence of the Seas de Royal Caribbean was build in 2008 and was refurbished in 2017 to include in its an offer of new entertainment that already exists in other vessels  from the Royal Caribbean fleet.

In such way that the 4,000 passengers of the Independence of the Seas have in their disposition for its cruises in this summer they will have at their service this summer after the dry dock, a surf simulator, a climbing wall, a skating rink and 10 swimming pools at the boats decks.

4.- Pacific Princess from Princess Cruises:

Princess Cruises has renovated the  smallest boat in its fleet: the Pacific Princess. The boat has 4 restaurants completely refurbished and new carperts that brighten up the common spaces on board. Further more, the cabins have been equipped with new comfortable mattresses, designer furniture and a style inspired in the New York Hotels.

5.-Norwegian Pearl from Norwegian Cruise Line:

On top of its minimalist design ant the refurbishement of the area The Haven Courtyard, the Norwegian Pearl from Norwegian Cruise Line has new food and beverage outlets on board after its refurbishement , in addition it has new decoration in the indoor swimming pool iand a new decoration in in its 1197 cabins. Amongst this news  available in the cabins from Norwegian Pearl there is USB availability for the passengers use.
